1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by F2K Petroleum, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. Services and Products

F2K Petroleum provides wholesale petroleum products. All sales are subject to availability and the specific commercial terms agreed upon in written quotations or service level agreements (SLAs).

3. Pricing and Payment

• Wholesale prices are subject to the monthly fuel price adjustments announced by the Department of Mineral Resources and Energy (DMRE).
• Payment terms are strictly as per the invoice unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may incur interest charges in accordance with the National Credit Act.

4. Logistics and Delivery

While we strive for timely deliveries, F2K Petroleum is not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our reasonable control (Force Majeure), including refinery shutdowns, strikes, or major road incidents.

5. Health, Safety, and Environment (HSSE)

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their receiving facilities comply with all South African health and safety regulations. We reserve the right to refuse delivery if offloading conditions are deemed unsafe.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, F2K Petroleum shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services or products.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, and images, is the property of F2K Petroleum and is protected by South African and international copyright laws.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa, specifically the High Court of South Africa (Gauteng Local Division).
